Prospector Days

Canceled for 2021 – Second weekend in July – There will be vendor’s in the city park with varies events happening in town. For more information go to http://www.prospectorsdays.com.

Husky Car & Truck Museum

Antique and classic cars, trucks and tractors and many more. The Museum is located on Hwy 21 (SR-21) between the towns of Malo and Curlew. The location is 17 miles north of the junction of SR-21 with SR-20 and 13 miles south of the Canadian border crossing at Danville, WA. They are open Saturday and Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day 11 AM to 5 PM.

– Boot Hill Fossil Site

Open for digging  8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (days of the week follow below).

The fossil site closes at 4 p.m., so the latest time to begin digging is 3 p.m.

  • Spring: May 2 thru May 27                Wednesday – Sunday
  • Summer: May 28 thru Sept. 2          Daily  (CLOSED Labor Day)
  • Fall: Sept.5  thru Oct. 29                     Wednesday – Sunday
