- We allow small dogs in the tipi with manager approval and require a $25.00 pet fee per dog.
- Dogs must be crated at night and are not allowed on any furniture inside the tipi.
- You are fully responsible for your pet and any kind of damage it or you may cause. Any damages will be charged to the guest based on insured values.
All damage fees will be charged to the credit card on file along with a 4% credit card processing fee.
MONTHLY GUESTS:

- Site rent is due on the 1st unless prior arrangements are made.
- If you would like to extend your monthly stay beyond the original dates please inform the office immediately. You may be asked to move sites if reservations have already been made in your current space.
- Each site has a TV and Telephone landline hookup. Please inquire with the manager if you are interested.
Winter: For monthly guests staying during winter, the RV park will provide heat tape and insulation on each site’s water spigot ONLY. Anything beyond the frost-free is the responsibility of the guest. If you are unsure about how to winterize your RV, please inquire with the office for guidance. We recommend a heat source under the trailer if needed. Most water lines run along the heating ducts in the bottom of the trailer and should be fine as long as they are being used consistently. Any damage to your trailer due to frozen pipes is your responsibility. If you remove the insulation or heat tape and cause damage to the RV park water lines, you will be billed for any construction, material, and repair costs.
Additional Safety Notes: For safety reasons, we do not allow clotheslines in our park. Do not hang towels, clothing, linens, or other articles from trees. During windy weather, the large willow tree in site #6 may lose sticks and twigs. Additionally, you are responsible for your RV. Inclement weather damage can and does happen. Please be aware of incoming storms and lower shades, put away chairs, etc, as needed.
Thank you for your consideration to other guests and RV Park staff.
Enjoy your stay and safe travels!
